The Chalet du Lys offers you a warm welcome in a sunny, quiet location in Haute-Maurienne-Vanoise.

Elise and Fred welcome you all year round: in winter for downhill skiing in Val Cenis, but also in 5 other nearby resorts (20 to 40 min by car), and in summer for all types of hiking in the Parc de la Vanoise.

Located 2 minutes from the village of Termignon (Val Cenis resort), in the heart of nature, it offers a remarkable view of the Dent Parrachée (3697m).

Description of the 210 m2 gîte spread over 3 levels:

Basement:
- relaxation area, drying area and ski/hiking equipment storage.

First floor:
- dining room, living room with fireplace and TV with aquarium (hi-fi system, DVD player), "professional" fitted kitchen with 4-burner gas stove and electric oven, professional dishwasher, small electrical appliances
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), shower and washbasin (wheelchair accessible)
- Separate toilet next to bedroom

1st floor :
- lounge/library, board games
- 3 bedrooms (each with two 80cm single beds that can be merged into one 160cm bed)
- 1 bedroom for 4 people (with 4 single 80cm beds, two of which can be merged into one 160cm bed)
- all upstairs bedrooms have a small shower, washbasin and WC.

Bed linen included.
Towels not provided.
Spa and sauna (accessible to adults only, booking required).
