Panino's stable

Production and sale of artisanal farmhouse cheeses: Beaufort and raclette made on our mountain pasture, as well as yogurt and homemade fromage blanc. The milk comes from our own herd of cows.

Description

We monitor our products at every stage of production: milk harvesting, cheese processing, aging, and sales. Our cheese and dairy product vending machine, located in front of our store, is available 24/7, all year round.
