A beautiful escape to Lac de Solliet

The aim of this snowshoe outing is to climb Lac de Solliet, with its sublime panorama. We'll cross a mosaic of very diverse environments: forests, torrents, alpine meadows offering a multitude of wild, flamboyant landscapes.

Description

This snowshoeing outing takes place entirely in the commune of Bessans.
Medium level.
The outing starts at the "Camping de l'Illaz" bus stop (S53) at 9:09am. The tour ends in Bessans at the bus stop (S53) "La Placette" at 2:20pm. For information, the S53 bus passes through Lanslevillard at 9:00 am in the upward direction, and will return to Lanslevillard at 2:40 pm. So, for both the start and the end of the outing, the timetable fits in perfectly with that of the S53 ski bus from Val-Cenis.
Lunch will be taken in the open air near Lac de Solliet.
Open and accessible to all good walkers.
