Located in the heart of Bessans in the Haute-Maurienne valley, the Résidence l'Ancolie welcomes you at the foot of the slopes of one of Europe's highest and most extensive Nordic ski areas.

The residence comprises 5 apartments for 3 to 6 people.
The apartment has been completely renovated for summer 2025.

The apartment has a separate duplex bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a 140cm sofa bed in the living room. Bed linen is provided.

From your balcony, you can watch your children playing and having fun in the snow-covered garden all around the house in complete safety.

The apartment faces south-west.

Parking is available in front of the residence, but you can also rent a garage.

Numerous services available: washing machine, bed linen rental, free wifi connection, iron and waxing bench.

And for the little ones, sledges are waiting to take them down the slopes in front of the residence.

Rates for weeks of rental on the site are net, excluding tourist tax, and no administration fees are charged. Pets are welcome free of charge.
