A spectacular and friendly event between Bessans and Bonneval sur Arc. The Grand Parcours is an opportunity to learn ice climbing. Demonstrations, presentation of different techniques, entertainment and a festive evening open to all.

Last ice meetings in Bonneval sur Arc and Bessans
The Grand Parcours is an exceptional opportunity to discover the activity or perfect your technique.

3 courses
- Piolets jeunes: specifically for sports schools, educational establishments and youth structures.
- Initiation: you've never practised this activity before, or very little.
- Perfectionnement: you've already done it several times. You want to perfect your skills.

3 sites
- Barmettes cliff: ice-covered cliff at the Biathlon site.
- Vallon de l'Ecot: natural waterfalls, snow corridors, canyon
- Vallon du Ribon: natural waterfalls, snow couloir

If you're not a member of the FFCAM, you'll need to take out a carte découverte (temporary license + personal insurance).

INSURANCE :

EQUIPMENT :
Each participant must have: mountaineering boots, 2 ice axes, crampons, harness + lanyard + 2 screw carabiners + quickdraws (optional), helmet, safety equipment (avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe) (*), rucksack with food and water.

Warning: weather conditions can be very cold. Appropriate clothing is essential.
