• 1/ Leaving the parking lot opposite Espace sportif Le Carreley, turn left and follow the track along the road up the valley to the first crossroads. Turn left and continue between the fields and the edge of the forest.
  2/ 0 h 45 - As you approach the Arc, follow the river and, at the second bridge, turn left onto the departmental road. Drive carefully along this road before turning off in the direction of Sentier Nature and continuing to the next crossroads.
  3/ 1 h - At the Rue de Saint-Antoine crossroads, turn left towards Chapelle Saint-Antoine. Walk up to the building, around it, then back down to the Espace sportif Le Carreley.
  4/ 1 h 15 - Espace sportif Le Carreley .
