Come and improve your quality of life by walking barefoot, and above all rediscover the pleasant sensation of your feet on the ground. An outing that will take you back to the pleasure of your ancestors, with the sensation of direct contact between the meridians and the earth.

Description

A rejuvenating walk combined with numerous wellness exercises (foot self-massage - reflexology - acupressure and digitopression). This outing takes place on the Bessans section of the Petit Bonheur trail (at the entrance to the Ribon valley, near the Pont Bleu), where the terrain is ideal for barefoot walking. Thierry will show you how to walk "well" barefoot, using exercises to anchor you to the Earth and appropriate practices. We'll walk barefoot with mindfulness, experimenting with breathing cycles specific to Afghan walking. We'll also take breaks to practice targeted movements from Fascia Yoga and Somatic Yoga, as well as Bio-Dynamic Relaxation, and exercises to tone and soften the foot area (and beyond). This is an outing that will bring you vitality, well-being and relaxation.
